Book A Solicitor Terms of Engagement

What we promise to do:

1. Assess your matter from information given by you at the time of booking;
2. Use our experience, and our Australia-wide network of solicitors, to engage the appropriate solicitor for you and your matter;
3. Brief your solicitor with any information and documents you provide;
4. Ensure your solicitor is available for the court appearance or to give advice at the time requested;
5. Provide you with your solicitor's contact details and confirm your booking;
6. Charge you at the rates indicated on our website;
7. Pay your solicitor directly for your first hour with them — whether that hour is spent in court or at their office for advice.

What you promise to do:

1. Provide us with clear, complete and accurate instructions for your solicitor;
2. Pay us $295.00 upon booking your appearance and prior to receiving details of your solicitor. Specifically, you acknowledge that this payment is a booking fee only and does not give rise to a solicitor/client relationship between us and you.
